Thank you for taking the time to discover my work. I strive to construct music that pushes boundaries, and carefully showcases the strengths of the commissioning ensemble/performer. As a recipient of the IAWM New Genre Award, I have created pieces that have been described as “genre bending,” yet also “performer and audience friendly.” The experience of the performer is a priority for me, having been a performer/choral director/chorister myself, and I aim to create musical experiences that are meaningful and easy to program.
